From 285 - exit 22 for New Northside Dr toward Northside Dr/Powers Ferry Rd From 75 - exit 258 for Cumberland Boulevard toward Truist Pk Turn off of Powers Ferry - Chattahoochee Chase is the first entrance on the left. Please utilize visitor parking spaces which are located outside the gate, inside the gate on the righthand side before the T intersection, and at the end of each parking row near the recycling bins. Some residents may be set up in the River Park behind the townhomes - see map.
